Villa 49 was the realization of the clients dream of building a Louis 14th era French Chateau in the heart of Bangkok. Matthew undertook the role of Project Manager of this build coordinating specialist tradesmen and exclusive materials from all corners of the world and integrating their work and piecing together this building masterpiece while working alongside local Thai contractors to achieve the bespoke high end finish that the client desired.
