Le Raffine Condominium is a high end condo development in Sukhumvit Soi 39 where the client converted the two duplex penthouses on the 37th and 38th floor into one “super” penthouse. Matthew’s role as project manager on this project was to deliver the expansive renovation on time, to the architects high specification finishing, on budget and also manage the inconveniences of undertaking construction in a residential condo without disturbing the other occupants of the building. All the while adhering to the strict Juristic regulations and ensuring that safety procedures were implemented and adhered too especially when working on the exterior at extreme heights.
