MATTHEW SANDERY
Director / Lead Project Manager
Matthew graduated in Australia with a Degree in Construction Management and Economics (Honours). He spent the first 10 years of his career working in Australia in various Construction Management roles on Industrial and Commercial Residential projects. For the last nine years, he has lived and worked in Thailand primarily in Project Management Consultancy roles on miscellaneous projects ranging from High-End Luxury Villas to Residential Condominiums to Mixed Use Developments including Waterparks and shopping precincts.
THANIT SIRIPONG
Senior PM / Civil Structural Engineer
Patipat is a qualified Civil and Structural Engineer (Licenced Level 2) who has over 20 year’s experience working in the construction industry throughout Thailand. Initially starting as a Site Engineer, Patipat has worked his way through the ranks to now become a senior project manager with vast experience successfully delivering Luxury High-End Villas and Residential Condominiums.
WEERACHAI SARIYA
M&E Engineer
Weerachai is a Phuket Native who has an Electrical Engineering Degree and 20 years’ experience working mainly as an integral part of Project Management Teams on a vast array of commercial and residential projects in Phuket. Through his experienced career, he has progressed from specializing in Electrical Engineering PM roles to now being a M & E project team leader on large developments.

APICHART WAHAP
Civil & Structural Engineer
Apichart graduated as a Civil and Structural Engineer and has over 15 year’s experience working on many hotel and condominium developments throughout Phuket. He has spent the last five years working as part of a project management team and is a pivotal part of our team inspecting and signing off on structural work to ensure that designs are followed correctly and ensuring that the structural integrity of all our projects are first class.
SUPAMAS RUJIJAN
Quantity Surveyor
Supamas completed a Bachelor of Engineering and a Vocational Certificate in Quantity Surveying. Working in the industry initially as a Quantity Surveyor Intern, she quickly realised that her passion was Quantity Surveying and has focused on furthering her experience in this discipline through various QS roles over the last seven years to now having become a talented Quantity Surveyor who is very proficient in cost estimating, cost controlling and project budgeting.

JARUENG RUENGWONG
Architect
Jarueg has degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Art and has compiled a vast array of experience working in various draftsman/design roles over the last 19 years. The last ten years he has progressed to more senior roles, first as a senior architect and most recently as a senior architectural coordinator as part of the large project management team.
